Virtual phone assistant for small businesses

Never miss a caller again — even when you're out on a job.

IVR Solutions answers your phone 24/7. The AI Voice Agent talks with callers, answers hours, services and pricing questions, checks live appointment availability, and takes messages. If the AI allowance runs out, the classic Phone Tree takes over — callers never hit a dead line.

Listen to the call

Hear it, don't just read about it

Demo clips, voiced synthetically for this preview — not real customer calls.

A caller books an appointment

Caller asks about next week and their ZIP code. The assistant checks the area, offers Tuesday at 10am, and sends an SMS registration link.

Tip: on a phone, swipe through the clips with the Previous / Next buttons — each panel slides in.

Pick a call your business actually gets

These are the repeatable calls the assistant is built for. Pick one to see how it is handled.

Book, without phone tag

The caller asks for a time, the assistant checks live availability, reads the next open slot, and texts a registration link. No callback queue, no missed slot.

Hear a similar exchange in the demo clips above: Hero call — 30 sec. All clips are synthetic demos, not real customer calls.

Build, test, deploy, monitor — in that order

1

Build

Write your greeting, hours, service area, and booking. One assistant, in your words.

2

Test

Try it in Simulated Chat — a dry run with no real call placed — then call it from a second phone.

3

Deploy

Attach your number, or forward your published number to your Plivo number. Callers dial the number they already know.

4

Monitor

Review call history, messages, and voicemail. Fix one thing, re-test, and repeat.

Built for appointment-based businesses

Caller dials→Assistant answers→Availability checked→SMS link sent→Booked

If most of your calls ask the same two things — “When are you available?” and “How much does it cost?” — your phone assistant can answer them while you work.

📅 Appointment booking

Reads out live availability from your booking system, then sends an SMS link to complete registration. EasyAppointments and Acuity are supported, and other booking systems can also be integrated — reach out to our sales team to discuss yours.

✨ Caller conversion

Turns a ringing phone into a booked appointment, instead of a missed call and a voicemail you may never return.

🌳 Customizable Phone Tree

Collect the reason for the call, leave a voice message, forward to a live person, or read out pricing.

📍 Service-area screening

Checks the caller's ZIP code: in-area, extended-area, or outside your service area.

🕘 Business hours, handled

Different handling for open, closed, and out-of-office periods.

🌙 24/7, without a front desk

Answers at night, on weekends, and while you're on another call.

Two ways to answer, one safety net. The AI agent handles the conversation. The Phone Tree is the fallback.

How a call goes

1

Greeting

3

4

You follow up

Messages and bookings reach you — no lost opportunity in a voicemail pile.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the Phone Tree and the Voice Agent?

The Phone Tree is a keypad menu: callers press keys to hear availability, services, or leave a message. The Voice Agent talks in conversation instead of a menu. You can run either, or let the Voice Agent answer and fall back to the Phone Tree.

What happens when my AI minutes run out?

Calls fall back to the Phone Tree automatically. Callers still get a menu, messages, and booking help — never a dead line. Prepaid top-ups of $25 or $50 never expire and turn the AI back on.

Can I keep my own phone number?

Yes. Forward your published number to your Plivo number, and callers dial the number they already know while the assistant answers. See the call-forwarding tutorial in Docs.

Which booking systems work with it?

EasyAppointments and Acuity are supported, and other booking systems can also be integrated. Reach out to our sales team to discuss yours.
